We endeavour to make the process of purchasing with us as simple and as quick as possible. We want those beautiful pieces of artwork on your walls and aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible and in perfect condition. In order to deliver to you quickly and efficiently we get our labs to deliver to you direct. They package securely and only deal with reputable couriers. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched. Please don't hesitate to contact us for any information regarding your orders. All orders will be provided a tracking number to trace the progress of the shipment. If you don't receive an email, please check your junkmail folder - or email us direct.

We currently do not offer international shipping on framed prints, or offer express service.
The following are an estimate of the transit times that our couriers provide. These must be added to the product lead times for a more accurate estimate of how long you should expect to wait. In many cases items may be delivered much quicker than what is listed here, and in some cases there may be delays. Please don't hesitate to contact us for any information regarding your orders.

Unframed Prints: 2-4 Working Days (Ships from Perth)
Framed Prints: 2-4 Working Days (ships from Sydney)
Unframed Prints dispatch from Perth.
As an estimate, we expect 5-6 business days postage for unframed prints with standard post to any Australian address.
Framed print orders are expected to take longer, and depart from Sydney.
Express shipping is available to most metro locations. Express shipping time is approximately 1-3 business days for metro areas. Please get in contact with us for rural and regional express options, or if you have any issues or queries regarding shipping. Please note that whilst we do our best to ensure that production and deliveries are within the times listed, we cannot provide a 100% guarantee of the times listed.
Allow an additional 2-3 days for regional or rural areas of VIC, NSW, QLD and SA. Please note these times are estimated by our courier. Orders may take longer than the times stated due to factors out of our control. Please allow 3 extra working days before contacting us.
All orders will be applicable for tracking. Contact us if you need your tracking code for your order.
DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING - Repair or Replacement Guarantee
We want your products to be absolutely perfect. For this reason we package very carefully, however, unfortunately sometimes accidents happen outside of our control. If you find your product is damaged, please contact us with a description and photo of the damage and we will be happy to help arrange a replacement/repair/exchange or refund on your purchase. To make the process easier we will arrange a courier to collect your product at our expense.
It is important to mention; do not sign for a damaged delivery, signing for a delivery means you have accepted it delivered in perfect condition.
