RETURN POLICY

At Elemental Prints, we want you to LOVE your artwork. If you find you're not happy with the quality of a purchased item, returns can be made within 14 days of you recieving your delivery for an exchange or refund. If you would like to lodge a return please contact us at: hello@elementalprints.com.au with your details and the reason for your return.

If your return reason is a simple change of mind, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns can be made via Australia post. For extra large prints, it is your responsibility to source a courier to deliver to us.

Any returns need to be in original condition, and re-packaged in a manner that will facilitate a safe return. Anything recieved in less than original condition will not be elligible for an exchange or refund. Once your order is recieved we will notify you that we have your item, and we will let you know if you have been approved or rejected for a full refund. If approved then all applicable funds will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5 working days.

 

Elemental Prints takes no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. We highly recommend purchasing insurance and tracking on your postal order when sending to us.

 

Clearance items are not available for exchange or return.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY RETURNS

If your artwork is damaged or faulty for any reason, we are happy to cover the costs of repairing or replacing your item. We will even sort out return delivery for you by arranging a pickup. To facilitate this, it is really important for you to capture images of your damaged product immediately and mail through to us at hello@elementalprints.com.au within 2 business days. This way we can assess the damage and communicate with our labs to work on repairing or replacing your item.
